Admission
The process for admission is as follows:

Schedule a visit to the facility

If interested in applying for admission, a resident must be evaluated by his/her physician to ensure he/she meets the level of care requirements for an Adult Residential Care Home.

Prior to admission the following will be required:

Current 2-Step TB and Vaccine Record

If positive, copy of positive PPD, chest x-ray, and TB Risk Assessment Form

A security deposit equal to one month's fees will be collected.

Once approved, you will meet with a staff member to sign an agreement and fill out other necessary paperwork. This can be done on day of admission or beforehand if desired.

Payment of first month's fees in addition to Hawaii State G.E. tax (4.712%) will be due upon admission.
